The staff was attentive and went the extra mile to assist with my requests.

Location, breakfast

Carpets, smokers, cheap doors, stained trim on stairs, and smell from freshener sprayed to cover up the two rooms that had smokers.

We appreciated this stay. All in all everything was perfect, had a smooth check-out at 11 am. Hopefully the room was comfy with a jaccuzi, great bed, ipad. The staff was good, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. As for us, the location was marvellous, very close to Mart as well as Dunkirk near Cental Avenue. It also was next to a freeway interchange.

I stayed in a Double Room with Two Double Beds for 5 nights. The room was clean and well-stocked. Breakfast had great fruit, but was the same every day. The location was off the highway and within walking distance to food and coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful 🍏

When we visit family we always stay at this hotel. It is CLEAN, the employees are helpful and the breakfast is above par. For the money, it is a GREAT place!

Mirrors looked like they were cleaned with Olive Oil???? Not sure what is going on there?

The hotel has a responsive maintenance team.

Although my room looked clean initially, I noticed some unexplained brown splatters on the walls that should not have been missed. To make matters worse, the fire alarm in my room started ringing at 11 PM due to needing a battery, which really disrupted my night.

Location: the hotel was next to many shops and restaurants, and Close to supermarket. There was Taco Bell nearby, offering quick meals. Loved our rooms with great bed: D

The 24/7 breakfast bar is perfect for grabbing snacks or juice anytime, a nice touch for late-night arrivals.

The location is convenient, with eateries and coffee shops nearby. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of fresh fruits. The selection remained the same every day. I encountered some cleanliness issues in the room, which didn't align with the expected standards. While the staff was responsive when I requested additional items, the noise from barking dogs was disruptive, particularly on a weekend morning.

My children wanted a more varied breakfast selection.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, the breakfast selection was extensive with delicious options like maple-flavored waffles, and located conveniently off Interstate 90 for easy access to local attractions.

It was all superb.
